Playing with my food! Geeked out over these Black Angus Dry Aged Cowboy Ribeye steaks. Gonna rub them down with our RiNo Steak and Burger rub for a few hours before reverse wearing them. Going to serve these with a side of bacon brussel sprouts. Have an awesome weekend! 🔥🐮♥️⠀

Prime Ribeye Cap Quesadillas… #Ribeye Steaks rubbed down with our Texas Brisket BBQ Rub and then reverse seared on our @traegergrills 575. After resting we sliced them thinly and placed in a large tortilla along with Monterey Jack cheese. We grilled these until the cheese was super melty. We served these along with avocado, salsa and sour cream. Damn tasty!! 🔥🐮♥️⠀

Prime Ribeye Caps getting a rub down with our Texas Brisket BBQ Rub before going into our @traegergrills Pro 575. Going to do these using a reverse sear method by running the #traegergrills at 250° until an internal temp of 125° and then turn it up to 450° and then cook for about 5 mins on each side until it reaches 145° Thia is pretty much my favorite cut of steak. 🔥🐮♥️⠀
