This killer Al Pastor style chicken that my amazing wife Vida @mrsrevolutionbbq made.. chicken breast marinated overnight rubbed down with achiote paste, orange juice and pineapple juice. She then stacked it on our trompo stand and layered it with onions. She then put this on our @tragergrills Timberline 850 at 225º on supersmoke for an hour and then 350º for another 2 hours until it reached an internal temp of 165º. I love Al Pastor and this was simply amazing!! ⠀

What a killer Chorizo, Bacon and Eggs 🍳 dinner @mrsrevolutionbbq made tonight! ❤️ She used @porterroad #chorizo and cured #backbacon on this super tasty dish. She added sautéed garlic and onion and then floated some eggs on top. 🥚 Check our that tasty bite with the added beans, jalapeños, and shredded cheese 😍 If you haven’t tried back bacon, you need need it in your life now! ⠀

Happy #humpday chicken fajitas! 🐔 This was a joint effort between myself and @mrsrevolutionbbq . She sautéed Onions, Bell Pepper, Padilla Pepper, Garlic and Mushrooms with a little bit of lime and soy sauce (trust me this makes the dish )until beautifully tender. ❤️ I made up the chicken with some cumin, garlic, salt, pepper, lime juice and finished it off with a shot of @espolontequila (and maybe one for myself) 🎉 We served these up family style and dug in. 🔥 And before you ask, yes we were watching The Great British Baking Show. 🎂 Hope everyone is safe and staying healthy. 😍⠀

Smoked up a chuck roast for 4 hours on our @traegergrills that was rubbed down overnight with our Pinche Gringo Adobo Rub then braised it in an aluminum pan with 50/50 water and beef stock, 2 cans of @redgoldtomatoes
Sriracha tomatoes, onions, garlic, and bell pepper at 275° for about another 4 hours turning over halfway through.
