Just in case there wasn’t enough cheese I tipped it off with a bit of parmesan! Look at those cheesey crusty edges!!! 🥰Really digging these Detroit Style Pizzas! We made one of these up yesterday with #homemade pizza dough from @mrsrevolutionbbq. ❤️ We topped the pizza with slices of smoked mozzarella cheese 🧀 and uncured salami. We then added 3 rows of marinara sauce to finish it off. We cranked up our @traegergrills Timberline 850 to 475° and cooked this for about 18 minutes until the crust was all bubbly and crusty! 🍕❤️ Have an awesome and healthy Mother’s Day weekend!⠀

A little behind on my posts with family in town but having daydreams about this #detroit style pizza we made in our @traegergrills Pro 575 the other day. This was topped with soppressata and prosciutto with both fresh and shredded mozzarella cheese and Rao’s sauce. We cooked this at 450° for just about 20 mins until it was golden brown and delicious! Nothing better than grilled pizza! If you haven’t tried it, I highly recommend it! 🔥🍕❤️

Getting pretty addicted to that Detroit style pizza 🍕 Got a bit creative this weekend and made a vegetarian version… We topped the dough with Sun Dried Tomato Pesto along with Spinach, Red Onion, Fresh Jalepeño slices, Black Olives, and then we added a whole bunch of Perline Mozzarella aka “baby mozzarella”. We cranked our @traegergrills Pro 575 with D2 Direct Drive up to 450° and let this bake for about 17 minutes. OMG this was delicious! .
