Getting our stuffed mushroom burger on Part II… we sauteed @porterroad Italian Sausage along with diced onions, garlic, chopped portabello mushroom, and panko flakes to make the stuffing. We then stuffed two portabello mushroom caps with the filling and grilled them at 350º on our @traegergrills Pro 575 for about 20 minutes. We then topped mine with a pile of Parmesan cheese and grilled them for about another 10 minutes until finished. We pulled these off and then made lettuce wraps with them along with tomatoes and pickles. This was incredibly delicious and is definitely a keeper!⠀
