We had a full grill last night. Two spatchcock chickens, cheesy broccoli and roasted corn on the cob. This meal was perfect for family dinner Sunday.
We seasoned with our @revolutionbbq Chicken and Pork rub. Smoked on the Traeger Pro 575 to temp.
The cheesy broccoli was cooked with a cheese sauce made with melting cheese, milk, salt and pepper.
The corn was soaked for a few hours with a garlic jalapeƱo seasoning then buttered and wrapped to roast.
