A #tbt picture to about a month ago when we were cooking up some Pork Shoulders for an event in #broomfieldcolorado We rubbed these down with our Revolution Barbecue Chicken and Pork Rub and then smoked these in our @traegergrills Pro 34 with Mesquite wood pellets using the pan method. We smoked these at 250° for about 8 hours when they reached 170° and then wrapped them in foil to finish them off until they reached 205°. 🔥🐷♥️
