Did we mention that we are making up Pork belly today? Thanks to our good friends @proudsoulsbarbecue we are making up amazing Duroc Pork Belly with a bit of a Vietnamese flare.. we marinated these for 24 hours in Onion, Garlic, Chili Garlic Sambal, and Sptite. We then rubbed these down with our Texas Brisket BBQ Rub and are smoking them on our @traegergrills Pro 34 with Signature Blend wood pellets. We are going to serve these with a Vietnamese inspired salsa. OMG these are gonna be amazing 🔥🐷♥️
