When it is so cold out in #colorado you feel inspired to smoke some turkey and make stuffing. Rubbed down a 3lb #turkey breast with our Chicken & Pork Rub and then smoked it on our @traegergrills Pro 34 with Mesquite wood pellets for about 3.5 hours until 150° We then gave it a good coating of @fivemonkeysbbqsauce Orange Chill BBQ Sauce. We then continued to cook it until an internal temp of 165° After resting about 20 mins we couldn’t wait any longer and sliced it up and ate it. Almost lost a finger making everyone wait to take some pictures. 🦃🔥❤️
