Thanks to @mrsrevolutionbbq for prepping our Cochon De Lait Louisiana style pulled pork using Heritage Pork from @crowdcow. She mixed together Onion powder, Garlic powder, Cayenne, Black pepper, White pepper, Kosher Salt, Cumin, Paprika and some Cajun Seasoning to make the rub. She them made a few slits in the pork and inserted some parsley and garlic cloves and then rubbed it all down. We then let it rest in the fridge for 4 hours. 🔥🐷♥️
