Slicing of the beast!!! This killer Al Pastor style chicken that my amazing wife Vida @mrsrevolutionbbq made.. chicken breast marinated overnight rubbed down with achiote paste, orange juice and pineapple juice. She then stacked it on our trompo stand and layered it with onions. She then put this on our @tragergrills Timberline 850 at 225º on supersmoke for an hour and then 350º for another 2 hours until it reached an internal temp of 165º. I love Al Pastor and this was simply amazing!! ⠀
