Smoking up some Steelhead Trout rubbed down with our Chicken and Pork Rub and Light Brown Sugar on our @traegergrills for our #meatlessfriday in celebration of #lent. I ran this at 250° for 20 minutes and then moved it up to 350° for about 12 minutes. 🔥🐟❤️
