Don’t cha wish your pork was sexy like this?? ❤️🐷Pork shoulder with our test blend of Fajita Spice along with pacific flake sea salt and brown sugar then smoked on our @traegergrills Timberline 850. We did 2 hours at 225° on Super Smoke and then another 2 hours at 250°. We then put it in an aluminum pan for about another 7 hours until the internal temp reached 205°. We used Pecan wood for this smoke. 🐷❤️ Stay safe and healthy!!⠀
