Technically a #tbt since I made this back on Sunday but who’s counting? I made two Duroc #porkshoulder that I got delivered from our great friends @proudsoulsbarbecue I rubbed one down with Mexican spices to make Gringo #carnitas and the other I rubbed down with our Hot & Spicy Chicken and Pork BBQ Rub. After rubbing these down I put them in the fridge overnight to rest. I am going to smoke these for about 10 hours using the pan method to keep all the amazing juices from these Duroc piggies 🐷 Have an amazing and healthy day! ❤️⠀
