Getting our #traegerthanksgiving ready by brining our turkey. We are using a simple brine mix of water, pacific flake sea salt, dark brown sugar, peppercorns, orange peel, and bay leaves. We are going to place this in the fridge for 24 hours before spatchcocking it and smoking it in our @traegergrills Pro 34. Hope everyone has an awesome thanksgiving 🦃⠀
