Hey there #traegernation … Time to make up some #carnitas today on our @traegergrills Tailgater aka “little boy”.. Started with a Red Wattle Berkshire Cross pork shoulder from our good friends @crowdcow and rubbed it down with a mix of our Piche Gringo Adobo Rub and our Hot & Spicy Chicken and Pork Rub. Have a pan of Red Onions, Fresno Chile, Yellow Bell Pepper, Spring Garlic, @estrellajalisco beer, and chicken stock. After about 4 hours I will put the pork in the pan and seal it and braise it until it falls apart.. about 200°.
