Getting that reverse sear on some steaks at the Cabela’s Go Outdoors Family Event today in Lone Tree CO. Rubbed these down with our @revolutionbbq Texas Brisket Rub, then smoked on our @traegergrills Tailgater with Cherry Wood at 250° for about 40 mins and then cranked it up to high and then seared for about 4 mins on each side.
