Smoking up a chuck roast on our @traegergrills that has been rubbed down overnight with our Pinche Gringo Adobo Rub. We are going to make up some #machaca shredded beef by braising it but want to get some smoke on it first. Will run this about 4 hours at 250° before we start braising it. 🔥🐄❤️
