Southwestern inspired 1/3lb cheeseburgers made with Pacific Rogue Wagyu Ground Beef and Deck Family Farms Chorizo from our friends at @crowdcow along with Green Chiles and Ranchero Queso (stuffed inside and on top) Cooked these on our @traegergrills on high with Hickory and Maple wood about 6 minutes on each side.
