Test run of our @presidentcheese Brie @idahopotatoes Au Gratin made on our @traegergrills Pro 34 using Maple wood for @worldfoodchampionships Sliced the potatoes 1/4″ thick and stacked them with salt & pepper, Brie cheese, chicken stock and heavy cream and cooked it at 350° for about 45 minutes. Really tasty but not the height I was looking for. 🔥🥔❤️
