This brisket has been brined for 7 days, then desalinated for 8 hours, and has been rubbed down with our @revolutionbbq Texas Brisket BBQ Rub and coriander powder. This Grass Fed and Finished Angus-Wagyu crossbred #brisket is heading to our @traegergrills Pro 34 with Hickory pellets to be smoked for about 8 hours.
