Making our #bourdainday Tri-tip dinner… rubbed down this @midlandmeatco Wagyu cross tri-tip that we picked up from our friends @proudsoulsbarbecue with #traegergrills Coffee Rub and Black Magic. We are making this up in celebration of #bourdainday along with frites and bacon wrapped carrots and sourdough bread made by @mrsrevolutionbbq We reverse seared this on our @traegergrills Pro 575 with Hickory wood.⠀

Final shot of some huge Cowboy Steaks we made this past weekend while on our Fly Fishing Trip in WY (where we had no Internet Service). We rubbed these beauties down with our Texas Brisket BBQ Rub and then reverse seared them on our @traegergrills Tailgater. These were smoked with Hickory at 250º for about an hour until they hit 125º and then cranked it up all the way until the internal temp hit 145º. We were starved when these were finished and couldn’t wait to take a picture once sliced… they were freaking amazing though ❤️ 🐮 ⠀

About 45 minutes into our cook of some huge Cowboy Steaks we made this past weekend while on our Fly Fishing Trip in WY (where we had no Internet Service). We rubbed these beauties down with our Texas Brisket BBQ Rub and then reverse seared them on our @traegergrills Tailgater. These were smoked with Hickory at 250º for about an hour until they hit 125º and then cranked it up all the way until the internal temp hit 145º. Final product picture of our Grilled Tuna Steak Poke Bowls… I added diced mangos, radishes, cucumbers, green onions, avocados, and a spicy mayo to the grilled tuna on top of sticky sushi rice. I marinated a tuna steak in equal parts @alohashoyuhi Soy Sauce and Pineapple juice for two hours. After marinating I coated it in sesame seeds and then grilled it on our @traegergriils Pro 575 at 400º for about 5 mins on each side.⠀

I have been having some cravings for Poke Bowls or Sushi lately.. I am fixing this by making grilled tuna bowls. I marinated a tuna steak in equal parts @alohashoyuhi Soy Sauce and Pineapple juice for two hours. haha I fell asleep before I posted the final picture of these Beef Back Ribs from @porterroad with our Texas Brisket BBQ Rub and some #traegergrills Prime Rib Rub. After rubbing these down, I let it rest in the fridge overnight. Smoked these on our @traegergrills Timberline 850 for about 8 hours at 225° using a blend of Maple, Hickory and Cherry 🍒 wood pellets with the first 2 hours on Super Smoke. 💨 Super excited to eat these ribs!!!
