Getting a jump on #whiskeywednesday with the Peach Smash featuring #bourbon feom our favorite distillery @breckdistillery We muddled 2T of Palisade Peaches in 1tsp cane sugar and then added in about 1/2C of ice, 2 shots of bourbon, and then topped it off with Ginger Beer. A very refreshing beverage to celebrate peach season in #colorado Cheers everyone! ππ₯β₯οΈβ

Peach Madness π Making Peach Jam with the case of #palisadepeaches we picked up this weekend. Boiling peaches, sugar, and pectin (some with Fresno Chiles) and then canned them up. Seriously getting anxious to try the jam and it is still nuclear hot. π₯πβ€οΈ

Time for some Peach π Salsa on our @traegergrills Tailgater today. Picked up some #palisadepeaches , Jalapenos, Heirloom tomatoes, and pasilas from @unionstationmarket yesterday along with purple bell peppers and green tomatoes from our home garden. Running on smoke for 10 mins and then on high for 20 mins. π₯ππ
