This pretty much sums up the end of the day for us 🥃😁 The only day better than #whiskeywednesday is #thirstythursday especially when the weather is amazing.. thank you #colorado for the amazing day. I went with my favorite cocktail which is a Whiskey Ginger with @breckdistillery Whiskey and #homemade smoked simple syrup and @mrsrevolutionbbq went with a Batanga aka Tequila with Coke and Lime (minus the salted rim). What a killer Chorizo, Bacon and Eggs 🍳 dinner @mrsrevolutionbbq made tonight! ❤️ She used @porterroad #chorizo and cured #backbacon on this super tasty dish. She added sautéed garlic and onion and then floated some eggs on top. 🥚 Check our that tasty bite with the added beans, jalapeños, and shredded cheese 😍 If you haven’t tried back bacon, you need need it in your life now! ⠀

Just in case there wasn’t enough cheese I tipped it off with a bit of parmesan! Look at those cheesey crusty edges!!! 🥰Really digging these Detroit Style Pizzas! We made one of these up yesterday with #homemade pizza dough from @mrsrevolutionbbq. ❤️ We topped the pizza with slices of smoked mozzarella cheese 🧀 and uncured salami. We then added 3 rows of marinara sauce to finish it off. We cranked up our @traegergrills Timberline 850 to 475° and cooked this for about 18 minutes until the crust was all bubbly and crusty! 🍕❤️ Have an awesome and healthy Mother’s Day weekend!⠀

Woohoo! We are seriously loving the dry aged ground beef from @porterroad 🐮 Made up some loaded cheeseburgers last night with our Texas Brisket Rub along with American Cheese 🧀 , sliced tomatoes 🍅, onions, pickles and jalepeños. These were topped with super tasty #homemade Barm Cake buns made by @mrsrevolutionbbq We made some salty handcut french fries to along with our tasty burger! ⠀

Final product shot 📸… Wagyu Plate Ribs from @midlandmeatco that we had delivered by our great friends @proudsoulsbarbecue ❤️ We have these ribs rubbed down with our Texas Brisket BBQ Rub. Served the ribs with #homemade potato salad and a glass of @federalistwines Zinfandel🔥 We smoked these on our @traegergrills Timberline 850 with oak wood pellets for 8 hours at 300° 🐮 We are enjoying our #stayhomecookout Saturday… we hope you are too!⠀

Pictures of our #choppedcheese burgers we made last night. We used Grass Fed Beef with our Revolution Barbecue Texas Brisket Rub and made 1/3lb burgers. 🍔 We seared these on our @misenkitchen pan and then topped them with jalapeños and pickles and chopped them. We then added two slices of American Cheese 🧀 and let them melt. We served these with pickled Red Onions 🧅 compliments of @mrsrevolutionbbq ❤️ along with ketchup and yellow mustard on sesame seed buns. We served these with homemade #frenchfries and Chile toreados.
