This killer Al Pastor style chicken that my amazing wife Vida @mrsrevolutionbbq made.. chicken breast marinated overnight rubbed down with achiote paste, orange juice and pineapple juice. She then stacked it on our trompo stand and layered it with onions. She then put this on our @tragergrills Timberline 850 at 225º on supersmoke for an hour and then 350º for another 2 hours until it reached an internal temp of 165º. I love Al Pastor and this was simply amazing!! ⠀

Don’t cha wish your pork was sexy like this?? ❤️🐷Pork shoulder with our test blend of Fajita Spice along with pacific flake sea salt and brown sugar then smoked on our @traegergrills Timberline 850. We did 2 hours at 225° on Super Smoke and then another 2 hours at 250°. We then put it in an aluminum pan for about another 7 hours until the internal temp reached 205°. We used Pecan wood for this smoke. 🐷❤️ Stay safe and healthy!!⠀

Will be making carnitas today but not before this beauty gets a smoke on our @traegergrills Timberline 850. Using pecan wood today and running super smoke at 225° for about 2 hours and then switching to 250° to finish it off. After about 4 hours I will switch to the pan method to get all those drippings 🐷❤️ Stay sage and healthy!!⠀

Throwing down some #pastrami on our @traegergrills Timberline 850 today. Brined this for the last 7 days without pink salt and then rubbed this down with our new SPG rub we are working on. Running this for the first hour at 225° on super smoke and then pushing it up to 275° until it hits temp. Gonna be super tasty and can’t wait! ❤️ Hope everyone is staying healthy! ⠀

Technically a #tbt since I made this back on Sunday but who’s counting? I made two Duroc #porkshoulder that I got delivered from our great friends @proudsoulsbarbecue I rubbed one down with Mexican spices to make Gringo #carnitas and the other I rubbed down with our Hot & Spicy Chicken and Pork BBQ Rub. After rubbing these down I put them in the fridge overnight to rest. I am going to smoke these for about 10 hours using the pan method to keep all the amazing juices from these Duroc piggies 🐷 Have an amazing and healthy day! ❤️⠀
