Final product shot of some Carolina style chicken we made up today… Got these cooking at 400° on our @traegergrills Pro 575 with Hickory wood. I vacuum sealed these chicken thighs with a mix of cider vinegar, pepper flakes, hot sauce , kosher salt, and black pepper. Stored this in the fridge and let this marinate for 4 hours before grilling.🔥❤️
