Spam Burnt Ends rubbed down with our Hot & Spicy BBQ Rub and then smoked on our @traegergrills Timberline 850. Smoked for 2 hours at 225° on super smoke and then tossed in a pan with chicken stock and BBQ sauce and smoked another 2 hours. 🔥 These were salty, spicy, sweet, and tangy morsels… now I see why everyone has been making these!!
