Time to braise! I made the braising goodness with the holy trinity, Worcestershire, balsamic vinegar, red wine, beef base and beef stock with a little tomato paste. Salt and peppered to taste. Reduced it for about 10 minutes. Then I placed the oxtails in to braise for about 2 hours or until they are fork tender/ almost falling off the bone.
