Our @crowdcow grass fed and finished brisket after being brined for 10 days and then soaked in cold water to remove the excess salt. We then rubbed it down liberally with freshly ground black pepper, corriander, celery seed, and some mustard powder. This will next go into our @traegergrills Pro 34 with Signature Blend pellets for about 8 hours. What a labor of love!!⠀
