Our 12lb grass fed and finished brisket from @crowdcow after brining 10 days.. next step is to soak it in some cold water for a day to remove the excess salt. After that we will briase the corned beef section (point) and smoke the pastrami section. It takes about 2 weeks to make pastrami the right way, but it sure is worth it!! ♥️🐮🥪🔥⠀
