God Dang it Bobby.. that is some sexy pork! Pork Shoulder rubbed down with our Revolution Barbecue Chicken & Pork Rub and then smoked for about 9 hours on our @traegergrills Pro 575 at 250° until 170° and then double foil wrapped and put back on for.about another 3 hours until 205° internal temp.
