Has to be one of my most favorite and satisfying things in BBQ… Taking a big chunky piece of meat and cooking it for 12 hours and then shredding it into deliciousness! I really enjoy the #bbqlife but few things are this satisfying. We simply rubbed this down with our Hot and Spicy Chicken & Pork Rub and then smoked it on our @traegergrills for about 10 hours at 250° and then wrapped it and ran it up to 205° internal temperature.
