Happy #nationalprimeribday everyone! We celebrate each year with an Angus Beef prime rib rubbed down with our Texas Brisket BBQ Rub and then smoked with Mesquite pellets on our @traegergrills Pro 34. I suppose you need some green stuff so we tossed some asparagus in olive oil, sea salt, and pepper and cooked them at 350° while the #primerib rested. 🔥🐮♥️
