Getting pretty addicted to that Detroit style pizza 🍕 Got a bit creative this weekend and made a vegetarian version… We topped the dough with Sun Dried Tomato Pesto along with Spinach, Red Onion, Fresh Jalepeño slices, Black Olives, and then we added a whole bunch of Perline Mozzarella aka “baby mozzarella”. We cranked our @traegergrills Pro 575 with D2 Direct Drive up to 450° and let this bake for about 17 minutes. OMG this was delicious! .
