The unwrapping of our Corn Husk wrapped Sausage Jalapeño rolls. We are using @porterroad Ground Pork, along with diced jalapeños, onions and garlic. After mixing we rolled these up in little 4oz footballs and placed them in the middle of 2 corn husks we soaked in water for an hour. We rolled and tied these in the corn husks and then smoked them on our @traegergrills Pro 575 for about a total of 2 1/2 hours at 250º to finish these off.⠀
