Making up some awesome Kalua Pork today for our tailgate party.. pork rubbed down with Hawaiian Pink Alaea Salt, Brown Sugar, and a touch of liquid smoke. We are smoked this on our @traegergrills Timberline 850 with Hickory wood pellets on super smoke at 225° for 6 hours and are now wrapping it in banana leaves. Will continue to cook it at 225° until it reaches and internal temp of 205°. Go Broncos 🏈🐴
