Instagram Post by Revolution Barbecue from Thornton, Colorado

Our Wagyu Tri-Tip from Gebbers Cattle Farm from our good friends @crowdcow all trimmed up and rubbed down with our Texas Brisket BBQ Rub. After rubbing it down, I vacuum sealed it in a Food Saver bag and then going to let it rest in the fridge for a few hours. ⠀

We are huge fans of beef from the Gebbers! The Gebbers family raises extremely well-marbled beef. But this isn’t the “grain-finished” beef you find in the supermarket — no, this is far better. The Gebbers graze their cattle on forest and rangeland grasses, and then let them fatten up on a tasty combo of grains, apple pomace from the orchards, and corn and alfalfa that they grow themselves. Go to our link in our 🅱️👀⭕️ to learn more.⠀
