My #traegergameday version of a jalepeño popper Detroit style! Made up this Detroit style pizza with a cream cheese and pepper jack blend for the base, @fivemonkeysbbqsauce, BBQ Chicken, smoked red Fresno Chiles, smoked bacon, pickled red onions, and topped off with mozzarella cheese. We cooked this for 12 minutes at 450° on our @traegergrills Timberline 850 using Cherry wood pellets.
