Dropped a spatchcocked chicken on our @traegergrills Pro 575 after rubbing them down with our Chicken & Pork Rub and resting in the fridge for 4 hours. Giving it a spritz with a mix of Ornage Juuce and Sprite. Smoking the Chicken with Signature Wood Pellets at 250° for about 2 hours until it reaches an internal temp of 165°.⠀
