After rubbing the meat under the skin we gave the outside a good rub down using our Chicken & Pork BBQ Rub on this beautiful Free Range Chicken. After rubbing it down I let it rest uncovered in the fridge for about 4 hours. Going to smoke this for 2 hours at 250° on our @traegergrills until an internal temp of 165°.⠀
