Be creative…cook whatever you like…ok so we are being creative and cooking up two Hawaiian Kulua style pork shoulders today. We rubbed these down with equal amounts of our Chicken & Pork Rub, Hawaiian Alaea “old time brand” Pink Sea Salt, and Brown sugar and are smoking it on our @traegergrills Pro 34 with Signature Blend wood pellets. We will run this for about 8 hours at 225° until an internal temp of 165° and then wrap them in banana leaves and foil. Gonna be awesome serving this with a Mango Slaw!
