Time to slice up our Pork Belly with our Chicken and Pork Rub. We smoked these for 2 hours on our @traegergrills Pro 34 with Signature Blend wood pellets at 250°. Once sliced up these will be smoked.for.another hiour. We will be making these up tomorrow for everyone who stops by @proudsoulsbarbecue hetween 11a-2pm. We will be making up Pork Belly Tater Tot Green Chili Nachos.
