Dropping some Ribeyes on our @traegergrills Tailgater tonight with Cherry wood. Rubbed these down with our Texas Brisket BBQ Rub and then ran these on the smoke setting for about 30 minutes and then pulled them off and cranked up to high and seared until they reached an internal temp of 145° degrees (about 5 mins on each side). Hard to beat the wood fired flavor!
