Our Green Chili Lime Cilantro Chicken finished product from yesterday. We spatchcocked a whole chicken and then rubbed it down with fire roasted green chillies, lime juice, and cilantro with Kosher Salt and Black Pepper. We smoked this on our @traegergrills for about 2 hours at 250° until internal temp was 145° and then turned it up to 350° for about 20 mins until the skin crisped up and internal temp was 160°🔥🐔😁
