Making up some Green Chili Lime Cilantro Chicken today.. spatchcock a whole chicken and then mix fire roasted green chillies, lime juice, and cilantro with Kosher Salt and Black Pepper in a blender and then rub down under and on top of the skin and refrigerate it for 2 hours. Will then put this on our @traegergrills with Apple Wood pellets at 250° for just over 2 hours. 🔥🐔😁
