Good morning #traegernation are you ready for #meatfriday? We sure are… We did a reverse sear on this Pasture Raised and Grain Finished Angus-Hereford Cross from our friends @crowdcow using our @traegergrills Pro 34 with Cherry Wood. We rubbed this down with our @revolutionbbq Texas Brisket BBQ Rub and then ran it on smoke for about an hour and then cranked it up to high and did about 5 mins on each side. Dang!! 🔥🐄🤘
