Queue the music… After 10 days our #pastrami is finally done. We brined the most beautiful 6.5lb grass fed and finished Wagyu-Angus cross brisket from Windy N Ranch via our friends @crowdcow for 7 days, then desalinated for a day, then smoked it on our @traegergrills with Hickory wood, and then rested it in the fridge and then finally steamed it. OMG.. can’t describe how amazing this tasted! 🔥🐄❤️🤘
