Look at dem’ bones… Picked up some Black Angus soup bones from our good friends @crowdcow to make stock for Ramen dashi. Got the bones going for a few hours with onions, garlic, carrots, celery, and dried China cap mushrooms. Will drop in some kombu after I filter out all the solids. Mmm #tasty 🐄🍲❤️
