Repost from one of our BBQ Brethren @jguymonchy ・・・ Yesterday I made smoked mac and cheese and smoked ribs (sorry they were eaten before pics could be taken) seasoned with revolution bbq spicy pork rub and smoked in the traeger. The leftover scraps we turned into French dip au jus sandwiches that are just as good as the ribs. Best leftovers ever @roguecookers.
