Smoked up a chuck roast for 4 hours on our @traegergrills that was rubbed down overnight with our Pinche Gringo Adobo Rub then braised it in an aluminum pan with 50/50 water and beef stock, 2 cans of @redgoldtomatoes
Sriracha tomatoes, onions, garlic, and bell pepper at 275° for about another 4 hours turning over halfway through.
