Smoked up a chuck roast for 4 hours on our @traegergrills that was rubbed down overnight with our Pinche Gringo Adobo Rub. Now adding it to an aluminum pan with 50/50 water and beef stock, 2 cans of @redgoldtomatoes
Sriracha tomatoes, onions, garlic, and bell pepper. Wrapping it in foil and then turning the heat up to 275° for about another 4 hours turning over halfway through.
